Mindful Team Management was a training course financed by Erasmusm and implemented by VulcanicaMente organisation In Italy, Merine, from 20th to 27th of March
The training course involved 24 participants from 8 different European countries: Italy, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, Greece, Slovakia, Turkey and Estonia.
In the first phase, the young people took part in in-depth information sessions on various topics including mindfulness, tools for personal growth and development, different types of education (formal, non-formal, informal), communication, team building and conflict management within of the group.
In the second phase, the participants put into practice the skills acquired by offering seminars to groups of students of the Sicilian Lyceum of Lecce.
The activity is prolonged during the following months: all the participants have, in fact, implemented independently in a series of local initiatives in their respective realities to spread the culture of awareness in the management of teamwork and group dynamics.
